DJ grew up on Johnson Lake near Elwood and graduated from Elwood High School in 1998. He attended Doane College in Crete, NE and earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sports Management. Upon graduation DJ relocated to Denver, CO and a 6 year career in the sales industry followed. He returned to his hometown of Elwood to join The Pinnacle Agency in August of 2009 and is licensed in property and casualty insurance lines. DJ is an avid golfer and also enjoys watching Elwood Pirate and Husker Athletics.
