 Justin Shavlik

 Justin was born in Tilden, NE and raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska at Valentine. He attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Upon graduation, in 1998 he began his insurance career with The Pinnacle Agency in Osceola, NE. Since this time he has transferred to the Grand Island agency and has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In addition to being licensed in all lines of personal and commercial insurance he is also a licensed Realtor.  Parma LaBrie

 Parma was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. She started in the insurance industry in 1989 with a State Farm Agency in Rochester, MN. When her husband Tom was transferred back to Grand Island, NE in 1990 she started working as a licensed CSR/Agent in the personal lines department. In May of 2002 she was transferred into the Commercial Lines Department. Parma and Tom have one son Nathan who graduated from Grand Island Central Catholic in May 2008. Nathan is currently attending Central Community College in Grand Island and works full time.. Tom and Parma are members of Blessed Sacrament Church and remain active with Grand Island Central Catholic. Judy Weitzel

 Judy grew up in Harvard, Nebraska. After graduating from Harvard Public School, she attended Central Community College in Grand Island and received a Diploma in Secretarial and Accounting. Judy started her insurance career in July of 1985 in the Personal Lines Department. She currently heads the Personal Lines Department for The Pinnacle Agency. Judy is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health Insurance. She has also earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative.  Robert "Jody" LaBrie

 Jody has lived in the Doniphan area since May of 1964. Prior to getting into the insurance business he owned and operated the local meat processing plant in Doniphan for 23 years. During that time he served on the Hall County Planning Commission, Village Board of Doniphan for 8 years and Doniphan School board for 4 years. He and his wife Carol have 4 children; Brett, Mindy, Margo, and Bartt. They currently have 6 grandchildren, 4 in Fremont, NE and 2 in Des Moines, IA. Jody has been in the insurance business since April of 1986. In October of 1997 Jody received his CIC designation and has served on the CIC Nebraska Education Committee for 3 years.  Becky McDowell

Becky was born and raised in the Grand Island area. After graduating from Northwest High School in 1997, she attended Grand Island Central Community College where she received her diploma in Business Administration and Management. Becky began her insurance career in 1999, specializing in Life & Health Insurance. She has one daughter, Lexis. Becky enjoys spending time with her friends and family.  Gina Allen

 Gina was born and raised in Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 1993. She then attended Central Community College Grand Island Campus majoring in Accounting. She began her Insurance Career in 1991 as a File Clerk for AAA Nebraska. She obtained her Insurance License in 1998. She worked at AAA Nebraska until 2001. She then went to work for National Farmers Union as an Agent until joining CBS Insurance Associates in 2002. She joined The Pinnacle Agency effective September 2008 with the purchase of CBS Insurance. Gina and her husband Jason reside in Grand Island with their 2 sons Austin and Dylan. She is very active with the Grand Island Soccer Club as a Board Member. She also enjoys traveling for Austin’s soccer (which Jason coaches) and Dylan’s football teams. She also helps coach her son Dylan’s baseball team. She also owns a DJ Company called A+ Entertainment with her husband. In her free time she enjoys hunting and boating. Kevin Placzek

 Kevin is a native of Grand Island. He has been involved in the insurance industry since March 2001 and is licensed in Personal & Commercial Lines, Life & Health. Kevin and his wife Deanna have 3 children, Josh, Scott, Lisa and her husband Tyler. Their 1st grandchild was born November 3rd, 2008. Kevin enjoys camping, cooking, golfing, Husker football, working in the yard and spending time with family and friends. Kevin and Dee, especially enjoy spending time with their grandson. Over the last 24 years Kevin has been a volunteer / board member for numerous organizations in Grand Island. He is a volunteer firefighter and is very active in several fire service organizations. Kevin is the current Hall County Mutual Aid President that includes 11 Fire Departments in Hall County and the neighboring counties. He is also a member of the Nebraska Serious Injury and Line-of-Duty Death Response Team, which is associated with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in Emmitsburg, MD. The team serves Emergency Responders families and Fire/EMS Departments in Nebraska and throughout the United States when there is a serious injury or a Line-of-Duty Death.  Donna Buss

 Donna was born and raised in Columbus, NE, & has lived in Grand Island since 1977. Donna started working for the agency in 2002, and is a Commercial Lines Department Customer Service Representative. Donna married Larry Buss on May 8th, 2010. Together they have 7 children & 7 grandchildren & are expecting another grandchild in October. Enjoys spending time with family & friends. Chevonne Garfield

Chevonne grew up in the panhandle, and graduated from Hemingford High School in 2005. She then went on to college and graduated from UNK in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Advertising/Public Relations. She started her insurance career with Allstate in 2008 and is licensed in property and casualty insurance lines. Chevonne joined The Pinnacle Agency in March 2010. Bo Kingery

Bo was born in Giltner, NE and moved to Greeley, NE during elementary school where he graduated high school. He attended Hastings College and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing. He has been in the insurance and financial services industry upon graduation with the vast majority of his experience being at The Principal Financial Group. He has served in various capacities while in the industry including Underwriting, Actuarial, and Sales prior to joining The Pinnacle Agency as Sales Account Executive. Bo is licensed in all commercial and personal lines in addition to Life, Health, and Variable products.
